Вікторія Константінова

(Ardeleanu Constantin) (14.02.1976, м. Галац, Румунія) – Ph.D. (2006 р.).

У 1997 – 2001 рр. навчався на бакалаврській програмі (“Історія та англійська мова”) Університету Галацу (“Dunărea de Jos” University of Galaţi, Faculty of Letters, History and Theology). У 2001 – 2003 рр.

там само навчався на магістерській програмі (“Історія”).

У жовтні 2002 – березні 2006 р. навчався в Інституті Історії Румунської Академії (Romanian Academy, “Nicolae Iorga” History Institute). Захистив Ph.D. дисертацію “Британські економічні та політичні інтереси на Нижньому Дунаї. 1856 – 1918” (“The British economic and political interests at the Lower Danube. 1856 – 1918”).

Науковий керівник – Пол Черноводеану (Paul Cernovodeanu).

У жовтні 2010 – вересні 2012 р. перебував на post-doctoral scholarship програмі Інституту Історії Румунської Академії “Соціально-гуманітарні науки в контексті глобальної еволюції”, досліджуючи тему “Економічна конкуренція між портами Дунаю та Одесою (перша половина ХІХ ст.)” (“The economic competition between the Danubian ports and Odessa (first part of the 19th century)”).

З лютого 2003 р. – асистент, згодом – викладач Історичного факультету Університету Галацу. Очолював історичний факультет цього університету. Є співробітником Коледжу Нової Європи (New Europe College), Бухарест.

У 2007 – 2008 рр. був координатором дослідницького проекту “Морський Дунай у європейських торгівельних шляхах (1829 – 1948). Якісні та кількісні аспекти економічних обмінів і навігації Нижнього Дунаю” (“The Maritime Danube in the route-ways of European trade (1829 – 1948). Qualitative and quantitative aspects regarding the economic exchanges and the navigation at the Lower Danube”), фінансованого Міністерством освіти і науки Румунії.

У 2012 – 2015 рр. очолював румунську команду міжнародного проекту “Чорне море і його портові міста, 1774 – 1914. Розвиток, конвергенція та зв’язки зі світовою економікою” (“The Black Sea and its port-cities, 1774 – 1914. Development, convergence and linkages with the global economy”), керованого Тзеліною Харлафтіс.

Член Міжнародної асоціації морської економічної історії (International Maritime Economic History Association), низки румунських наукових асоціацій істориків. Член редакційної колегії “International Journal of Maritime History”.

Сфери наукових зацікавлень: морська історія; історія Дунайського регіону; Чорноморський регіон за часів нової та новітньої історії.

Є автором 4 книг і понад 40 наукових статей та розділів колективних монографій, опублікованих румунською, англійською, французькою та італійською мовами.
